Please note that due to the unique and pre-loved nature of vintage clothing, we can only offer refunds if the item has been misrepresented. Our descriptions and measurements are thorough and honest, so items that don't fit or suit your preferences cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.

If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at info@maddvintage.com within 14 days of your purchase. You will then have 14 days to send the item back to us using the provided address. To ensure the safe delivery of the item, we recommend using an insured and signed-for service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Please be aware that Madd Vintage reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that have been clearly worn or damaged, or for items that are returned to us after the designated return period.
